Summer Dessert Menu

Blackberry brulee
Creamy vanilla brulee with fresh blackberries baked in served with old fashioned benne seed wafers

Dense chocolate base with bittersweet chocolate and coconut rum panna cotta, topped off with coconut-key lime sorbet and pineapple sauce

the Arnold palmer
lemonade tart with firefly sweet tea ice cream, fresh berries and mint

honey bee chocolate cake
rich chocolate cake spiked with honey liquor and chocolate glaze, vanilla fig ice cream and almond praline crunch

peach “crisp”
sautéed Carolina peaches with toasted walnut streusel, fresh raspberries, and vanilla cream
